  My dad crossed the united states illegally about 19 years ago. He met my mother after being here for a couple of months. She is an american citizen. He and my mother had 3 children. I am almost 18 and my brother and sister are under 18. He payed taxes and he never got in trouble with police. He went back to mexico around 6 years ago. I was wondering if he has a chance coming over to the U.S.A but legally. If he can, how can we help him.

  I have a trip to Paris planned with my parents, girlfriend and her daughter (9yo). Recently we found out that my father has prostate cancer and will need to undergo radiation treatment.   My girlfriend and I were happy together had a dog lived together and talked of marriage. My friend would always come over and hang with me, after a while him coming over turned into a everyday thing. Long story short, situations happend like me and my buddy hanging in the garage and him saying goodbye and then an hr later I go upstairs and he's sleeping on the floor next to the couch we're my girlfriend is sleeping. Other things like they had exchanged phone numbers without me knowing. I asked them both if anything was goin on I felt like an idiot when they both said no. Time passed then more stuff like I pulled into the grocery mart parking lot and there sitting there talking . Ok my girlfriend ended up leaving me because of all this she told me that they never talked at all. We're broken up now and my friend still comes around but he dosnt seem like a real friend he says I would never do that, and then bragged to me the other day about how he hooked up with a chick who has a boyfriend.

I have a 4.0 GPA and by the time I transfer I will have a 65 credits (most of them will not most likely not transfer because I am at a private university). I am trying to transfer to the south but I can not afford out of state tuition, where can I go that gives good scholarship where I can study for 10k/year or less?
