Whatever the resolution of your original graphic is can not be made higher, and you need higher resolution to be able to enlarge without pixelating.

It is a good article to explain what is happening to your graphic, and why.
Try increasing the resoultion when you take the picture. As for the current picture there may be some software out there that can help.

You're reading I have a graphic of a dog leash that I want to use on a business card. However, when I try to make it big enough for the card, the image becomes pixelated. How can I fix this?
