Is there an AB rule against calling a user out/listing a users name in a question? If there is not one, can there be? (This does not include when congratulating someone for reaching a certain level, though I never understood the purpose for those.)

Although I can understand why you would consider a rule like this, might I ask you to reconsider? As much as I wish Rush Limbaugh and Ann Coulter to disappear like a whiff of bad air blown away by a sea breeze, I also realize that without freedom of expression, much of what we on AB might think of as fun, inane silliness, debate, discourse, dissension, and yes, immaturely pointing of fingers, would not be possible if we made up rules just because someone is "ugly" in their behavior. I don't like ugly behavior, but I let it go most of the time because I realize that is what makes things lively - varying degrees of humor, or lack thereof. Keep this in mind too - the user names people have on AB don't mean anything outside of AB. Most people use aliases so it is only a fuss on this site - and is it really such a big deal anyways??? It's only words on a screen....
