It depends on your county, but most likely the charges will be merged together into one, you will pay a fine and/or spend a little time in jail (possibly weekends), that is if you go ahead and ask the prosecutor for a deal for a guilty plea. If you plead not guilty and go to trial, you can be convicted of both and fined and/or sent to jail for up to a year. If you did it, and it was not a self defense situation, then I wouldn't roll the dice.
