I have said "no" a few times. Once in 8th grade. The girl was more than fully developed (she had huge breasts) and I had not developed at all. I had no pubic hair and I was just a tiny kid. I was scared to death. With my wife, I have had so "no." I got fed up with her low sex drive and told her I was done with our sex life. I just pissed at her and was tired of waiting for her to get in the mood. Believe me, the reverse psychology did not work.
