I eat a well balanced vegetarian diet.
I hardly ever get any problem with my digestive system.
With the diet I take - the system cleans itself.
Never needed any medical help or a self enema.
I can't think of why I would do that ever.
I'm pretty regular and don't have any problems. I do take a salt-water cleanser about once every couple of years and have a colonoscopy just to be sure.
What is the average capacity of the human bladder?

You're reading When was the last time you did a cleansing of the intestines and bowels? Did you use medicines or go to a doctor?

I did the vegetarian diet for a long time, but im afraid i eat a lot of meals that arent healthy: like canned things and frozen foods.
When i was in England for 6 months my insides were fine and i was on a normal schedule, and followed the raw diet my husband eats..but now that i'm back in America i find i'm a little irregular again =(

I suggest you include a lot of fruits and salads in your diet, Pixie.
And make sure you don't over eat. Just for the tast thrills. Then you should be okay, I feel.
