One Splenda packet in a cup of coffee with flavored creamer in it (I don't drink coffee w/o the flavored creamer). Two Splenda's in a cup of tea unless I also have honey. Then I usually skip the Splenda and put in a little lemon, also.

Unless it is raw sugar cubes (and I mean raw) none. Sometimes I'll take one (raw) sugar cube in my coffee or some rooibos but I usually don't like sweet drinks.

well, i don't use sugar, i use equal, and usually about half of one of those little packets does it for me...plus creamer...I like my coffee "blonde and sweet"...just like me :)
