Aside from small joint manipulations, what submission techniques are generally banned from MMA competitions?

No hair pulling, eye gouging, biting. No down elbow to the back of the head. No punches to the back of the head. No groin grabs or strikes, (eveyone has a cup on anyway.) I know these aren't sub techniques but these are the rules.
