At the public library. At least here in Colorado, we have a plethora of them.

Check this out. It looks like very pricey site though. I am not sure if they are subtitles on them. Possibly you can email and ask them. http://www.erosentertainment.com/eros_us/Product/ProdList.asp Or public library is also good place to look for not so new DVDs.

You can find them online more easily and its cheaper.

Awesome question, I'm signing up for Bhangra Dance lessons myself! There are a few on Amazon. Lately they've been making Bollywoodesque films in English-if you prefer that.
