Van's. Reebok also has some good skateboarding sneaks that are quite comfortable for serious walking in. They have excellent lateral support.

Anything around or below $60 that are comfortable. I guess I am currently using Reebok, so they are my favorite for the time.

Although not always the most stylish, New Balance because they make a great cross trainer and also are a very comfortable shoe for me with my wide foot. Nike always pinch my toes together like I'm wearing a woman's pump.

Athletic works! I used to always get etnies for years and then I decided to try out some running sneakers but not wanting to spend a lot of money on something I might not even like I bought some gasp* walmart brand runners. I was pleasantly suprised at how well they fit my feet and how supportive they are. I thought nikes would be even better... wrong I musta tried 20 pairs before I found some that felt decent, then I put my cheap athletic works brand sneakers back on and they were way more comfotable then the nikes so I didnt buy em. I went and got two more pairs of the athletic works sneakers in different styles for less then it would of cost for the nikes I was looking at. I never thought I'd be loyal to a no name brand before and I almost have to laugh at myself for it but my pants cover my shoes most fo the time anyways so what the heck.

When I was a teenager these shoes were permanently welded to my feet: (shoes on Bottom left).

Then Converse was bought by Nike, and I was sad. :(

I stopped wearing sneakers for awhile in favor of big stompy boots. I'm just this year getting back to them and I look at Sketchers for the most part - but I love Roos too. Cheap and fabulous! (Shoes on bottom right - $20 on Amazon!!)
