If its a 350 then you probably have an old-school distributor right? Be sure your timing is correct, misfires could be your problem.

If I recall correctly, incorrect polarity on the coil can cause such problems. If ignition system is correctly fitted, try a colder heat range spark plug. Different brands of plugs may also be the solution. My old MGA would eat Champion plugs but AC and Bosch worked well in the equivalent heat range.

Though I am not quite sure what you mean by the term "eating spark plugs", there are a few things that cause premature plug wear. My first thought is that the air-fuel mixture is too lean. This results in increased heat at the plug tip. Detonation can also cause plug failure, but will usually show up as actual damage to the electrode. You seem to have a nicely upgraded ignition system, but did you upgrade the fuel system as well. Hotter spark delivered to the same a/f mixture, will definitely "eat" plugs.
