It's was the Undertaker. The deadman. sitting up all crazy, hardly spoke a word. And wrestling was better before it turned into a soap opera with the managers and when it had andre the giant!

I think it was hulk hogan and undertaker as they dominated the industry in their own time.I think that the older wrestling was better cause raw and smackdown weren't owned by one person until recently so thus there was a bigger rivelry between them,and since new technology its becoming more of a soapie than sport entertainment and most of the wrestlers are actors

Hulk Hogan, but also The Undertaker. It's a tie. And I think WWF/WWE has always been good wether it's in the past or present. :)

the hardy boys were brilliant. they took more chances than any one else and weren't afraid to pay the price. they should get together again as they suck when they're alone. there is probably more realism in a soap. wwe sucks theres no competition anymore

Papa Shango when he would come out and put voodoo curses on people. I think wrestling was way better when it was the WWF, but my fiance and I still watch Raw every Monday night. I'm a fan of John Cena and Shawn Michaels.

The Rock Goldberg and Stone Cold Steve Austin. And yes, it was better known as WWF. Now that it's named WWE, the first thing that comes to mind is fake, even though I know it's fake. But I would like to hear a realistic name for the entertaninment business.

I loved DX when they first came out! (Shawn Michaels, Triple H, X-Pac, Road Dogg Jesse James and Mr. Ass) They were so hysterical!!! I definitely think it was better when it was WWF, but I like the edginess of WWE. The rock was also the man when he would just talk on the mike and rip on everyone! Ultimate Warrior...it was cool when he came down to the ring all crazy and then just kicked a$$! He won the Intercontinental title real fast off Honkey Tonk Man, and beat Hogan for his title...those were the days! http://wwecharacters.blogspot.com

The Rock was and still is "The People's Champion" up until Hulk Hogan nobody ever commanded such presence in the ring. (Although John Cena is very popular - alot of the twitching and crap he does was made popular by The Rock) Favorite: Hogan for what he has done for wrestling and The Rock. Yeah thats right i picked 2... WWF was much better than the WWE...there were better plots and antagonists. Remember Piper? Remember Hogan vs Andre The Giant? Hogan vs Ultimate Warrior? ...Dont sing it! Bring it!

My favorite WWF wrestler is "Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels. I rather watch 2 hour videos from youtube than watch next Fridays Smackdown so yeah I think WWF is way better.

i like Taker, Rock, Stone Cold, HBK,HHH, and i must admit Mr.McMahon too. Mr.Mcmahon is really entertaining and Yes WWF Wasy Wsy better than WWE. But The World Wildlife federation had to sue the WWF ( wrestling federation)that is why they changed the name..

wwf attitude was a million time 's better then today's wrestling (WWE). What a joke the wwe is it is turning into a kids programme and the wrestler 's they have now are shit. John Cena, Cm Punk, Batista, Randy Ortan, JBL etc. Bring back some of the old wrestler 's and tag team's. Ken Shamrock, Mankind, Gangrel, Droz The Rock. Bring back The Ministry of Darkness, The old Dx ( x pac, billy gunn, road dogg, hhh, chyna) not the new Dx crap. The Nation of Domonation, APA. bring back some old match's like lion's den , kennel from hell, dumster match, hardcore match's. don't for get european title , hardcore title. and get rid of John Cena, Cm Punk, JBL, etc. does any one agree with me.

I used to watch Wrestling all the time when I was younger. I stopped watching years ago because it became boring...too much drama. I used to love Ultimate Warrior and the Undertaker and Andre the Giant was my favorite when I lived in Japan.

Triple H was my Favourite. As he is today. The WWF VS ECW/WCW Allience was the best storyline ever. It has gone downhill from there. Long Live Triple H
