  • It depends on the age of the team. Younger children would not benefit as much as older (teens). Each batting cage is different, but if there are several choices in your area try them, and discuss your needs with the owner/manager.
  • the best thing to work on is probably the T. It definatly depends on the age but a T isnt only meant for just little kids playing t-ball. It helps with form and the kids don't have to worry about the speed or the ball coming it too fast (yet). It's very good to work the t but once they start getting the right form they should go to live pitch (but not to much). it helps for both the batter and the pitchers. it gives them both in game experiances. The batting cages are fine if you dont have a pitcher or dont want to over work them, but it's not the same experiance and feeling like they were in a real game.
