When I stop eating meat for say for instance a week I feel great. Same goes for dairy. Veggie products like Fry's make me feel good and healthy and full of energy.

Sure - about anything that isn't red meats high in calories or the simple starches digest easier and don't spike my blood sugar level - feel better. They just are not as pleasing to the my taste buds sometimes.

Watermelon does it for me. I read somewhere that eating "wet" foods is the best thing. So steamed veggies, fish, watermelon would do it. Anything that jas low salt-so it wont dehydrate you and doesnt take a lot of energy to digest.

That would be when I have a banana for desert, or when I eat yogurt for lunch.
