Rent. Sadly, housing prices are crazy here, and my boyfriend and I can't afford to purchase one, even though we both make decent incomes. We are saving up some money though, so we can eventually put a good-sized down payment on something.

Well thats a great question... I'm currently doing Both? If thats possible? You see I'm doing a Rent - to - own program with a company here in Las Vegas called foxy homes. I've been in the program for aabout 14 months and everything is good so far. We'll see when it comes time to buy at the end of 3 yrs.
