That all depends on where it was and what the taxes, insurance, maintenance costs, and any homeowners dues were long term. If it was located where I would want to live and was affordable, I would live there, if not, I would either lease it out or sell it.
-
Would love to live in it but the economy being what it is I would rent it.. Fox700

If I could afford it with all that goes with the ownership in this modern society I would live in it, however I'm sure that somewhere someway someone would try and create a conflict whereby it would become economically unfissable to to do so ... of course some of what I've seen for sale you could not give them to me no matter what and with what I know I could not sell or give it away myself because there either fire traps or some other health hazzard .. ~Nemo~

Depends where it was located.

I would have to sell it to pay the taxes on it. I could not afford to maintain it as rental property. I could not afford to live in it.
-
I would totally rent it. I could live off of that....

I'd live in the garage and rent the rest out cheap just to piss off the neighbors.

I would sell it.

I'd sell it and go on living right here in the woods in our log cabin :-)

I would sell it and buy a smaller house with more land.
