This actually pisses me off. There is a section of road on my way home where two lanes merge into one. Istead of merging properly people straddle the white divider line 50 meters before the merge. The only thing I can think of that I can relate it to is those scenes where people will trample eachother in the foyer of a WalMart because there is a 20% discount on a doll. It is selfish, inconsiderate and absolutely illegal. I get pretty mad when they do that. It's completely ridiculous.

Careless and most likely they are distracted. Police should ticket people like that. I see it too often.

I experience a range thoughts on this issue depending on my mood and the specific circumstances. Therefore the only answer I can give that can be said to apply in all instances is, "that person is driving in two lanes."
