I'm not saying this doesn't happen but are you aware of any specific cases in which this has happened? (please dont just say yes)

Affirmative action. Ba-ZING!

It happens all the time!!! Look at the news!

If it happened, it would of course be a hate crime. Have you evidence for it happening, and then not being classified as a hate crime? Particularly, have you evidence for it happening more than once? The marches occur because hate crimes against black are still, unfortunately, a too-regular occurrence. Hate crimes against whites, while they have occurred, are pretty rare, and usually investigated pretty thoroughly when they occur.

No, last time I checked that would be called a hate-crime. Also, Al Sharpton does not represent the Black community, like i've said many times before, he often embarasses the Black community (although no one will deny the positive things he's done if they are aware of them). Also, there are orgs to help rape victims. There are no orginzations, that I know of, to help a certain race of rape-victims. Al Sharpton fought for Black rights (to be more specific, RACE) and was there when Jenna6 was issue or other things where a whole population was targeted and threaten. Also, you hear about this "all the time" because crimes against whites (and I need to find the stat floating around) tend to be reported more (and shown on the news) than other races. So obviously people do see them as a hatecrime.

It's terrible when any woman (or man) is victimized, and the perp should be held accountable. However, a white woman doesn't need an Al Sharpton as much. She,(especially if she's young and blonde) is very likely to get far more media and police attention than a black woman would. When's the last time a missing little black girl made the national news for weeks on end? That's the reason the Al Sharpton's of the world have something to do. They are trying to draw attention to victims who would otherwise be largely ignored.

Your example please? I'm afraid that I'm not a gullible Republican. I require something called: Evidence.
-
It is considered a hate crime. I wish people would finally understand that the current federal hate crimes statute does not say "you can't beat up black people, Asian people, etc." It says that sentences are enhanced for crimes that are based on the race of the victim. And it doesn't matter what the race is. And the reason no one stages street protests about hate crimes directed against white people is that for some reason it's generally not difficult to get law enforcement agencies to do something about those. If law enforcement actually did start ignoring those, you'd see protests pop up pretty quickly.

All I see here is a call for evidence but if he asked the other way round everyone would be agreeing, well if you want evidence then here's some. http://www.newsnet14.com/2009/01/pregnant-woman-killed-by-3-thugs/ Blacks get away with this crap all the time and this is just one of many reasons why there hated.
