no, belive it or not crime has it's social benifits. without crime then there can be no "hero's" or morals at all. the lack of morarality of a person can illuminate the prescense of others. we NEED evil to give good meaning.

Of course not, as long as human beings can have free will and no one is perfect, there will be wrong doing. However, it sure can be drastically cut down with proper family values, love and education at the forefront.

I think if there was much greater gun laws,and the NRA would keep their nose out of the issue,there would be a lot less crime.Countries with extremely strict gun laws have considerably less crime.

Nope, humanity is full of sin, and so we are not capable of such a utopia. But if heavens a society than yes, I think that the crime rate there would be 0%.
