I use body stretching movements evey day. I suffered a back injury years ago and have to keep my back as supple as possible. Yoga helps and Pilates. but I have derived my own set of quick stretches for morning use , just to get moving

i place both PALMS just below my shoulder blades(do no if this is easy for others it is for me but then i am super flexable) then i bend backward with a small twist to the left
