If I buy a new unlocked cell phone from anywhere, with my same network, GSM, and change my SIM card from my old phone, will it work, and start right up without going into Cingular?

    Yes, it should work if the phone is unbranded and unlocked. If not you can call singular and they can activate the card for that phone.
