There are just individual differences. For reasons unknown, when playing basketball (which I do about 4x per week), I sweat far more than anyone else on the court. I'm in good shape, it's not water weight or something -- but I've always disliked heat and apparently my body agrees that putting out lots of moisture is the answer. So my shirt is usually soaked after one game, even though we're all pretty much running the same amount. Some guys are dry, some are in the middle ground...

DVD's ~ they have makeup people who make them look great and spray them in all the right places as well. Keep doing what you're doing ~ you're for real and paying them to look as they do.

Don't worry about them, it's your cardiovascular that you should be focusing on. If you want to sweat go find you a hot sauna, or you can buy body suits to make you sweat while your working out.
