    Well,Beyoncé is of..
Louisiana Creole (or French Creole) descent, having French, Amerindian , SPANISH and African ancestries.

Beyoncé's first name is a tribute to her grandmother, Agnéz Deréon which later became Agnéz Beyincé, by marriage. Deréon, is now the name for Beyoncé's new clothes line. The Beyincé part is of French decent and her mother ,Tina Knowles, maiden name and faced extinction since there are no male descendants in the family with the Beyincé surname who would of passed it on. So,to continue the name she was name what is now her first name ,Beyoncé, in honor of it.
Now, if you notice her middle name is, Giselle, which is for her spanish ancestry and her last name Knowles is from her father,Mathew Knowles, manager of both Beyoncé Knowles and her sister Solange Knowles, also manager of the female R&B group Destiny's Child.

This melting pot of ethnic backgrounds is what makes her so special and cultural and this is why her looks are so beautiful. Truely a very talented and very beautiful lady.

Now,I hope this helps answer all the rumors regarding her Ethnicity or Heritage..,

Even if Beyonce has all of these mixed up races within her, she is still considered to be black. Look at her father. In white peoples eyes if she is fathered by a black man her race is black, no exceptions.

FACT, A majority of black people in America are not 100% AFRICAN. Many are mixed with Indian, white and other cultures. One big reason why there are so many shades, features and Hair textures among blacks.

Black. She is not obviously mixed. She just light-skinned. Us black people think everything light is mixed with something.

    Q. I’ve seen Beyoncé Knowles’ mother in photos. What is her ethnic background, and where is she from?
    —Peader O’Cullen, Clifton, N.J.

    A. “I was born in Galveston, Tex., of French and Cherokee Indian descent,” Tina Knowles, 53, tells us. “People ask where I got House of Deréon for our clothing line. Deréon is my mother’s maiden name.”

beyonce's mother is of louisiana creole culture. most people(black) in southeast texas are of creole descent, because there families migrated from Louisiana. It is a common mistake that people believe that people of creole heritage are all of Light skin,NOT TRUE. My family is a wide range of colors. My mother is of light skin with blonde curly hair. My father is of dark skin with VERY fine straight hair and i am of brown skin with Brown curly hair. and my sister looks like a mexican. the point i am trying to get at is because of racial mixing, people of creole culture can come in many shades. basically your looks don't make you creole. and i hate to say this cause i like beyonce, but don't let make-up and lighting fool you guys. with out all that stuff on her face, she is about three shades darker and not as many white features.
