Yep sure do! He wanders around the shops then hangs around outside shoe shops. Then he rushes inside grabs a woman's used shoe (The right foot one) just as she is trying on shoes. He then runs home and wanks himself off over the used shoe! The police refuse to prosecute because nobody has yet made a formal complaint! It appears to be quite okay to act like this, the coppers around here nod and say "Yes we are aware of him!" So it appears that he must know people in high places or he's related to a copper! He's what I would describe as Mentally ill.

Oh, yes...a couple, anyway, maybe more. At least 1 in the immediate family......maybe more there, too.

yes the police told my mother my brother has a mental illness most likely schizophrenia. He thinks people are talking about him when they aren't, he stays in a dark room all day and night smoking marijuana, he cuts himself (cutting) and has tried to my mother several times. Unfortunately nothing can be done as he has seen a phychiatrist who didnt think he was bad enough to get locked up.

Yes. Me! I am clinically depressed and bipolar. The depression lends itself to suicidal tendencies. But the Bipolar is what creates the havoc, making me do things that have frightened other people. That's why I do the responsible thing and manage it with medication. Viola! Problem solved - literally.
