Answering this question is just begging for negative feedback, but here is my opinion anyway. I voted for him because he was a much better decision than John Kerry was. ***I think that most people dislike Bush because of the way that the media has portrayed him. ***Some people also dont like him because their friends, and other associates say they dont. ***Some people dont like him because of mainstream bands such as Green Day that openly oppose him. I like him,...because I choose to look at the facts about him, rather than just paying attention to all of the negative atterntion.

Everyone who I talked to and exchanged emails with during the election and after voted purely their pocketbook. They wanted the tax cuts preserved and maybe increased as well as certain restrictive legislation against business further eased. At that time that was their primary concern. 2 years later in the congressional election it was shown that people's primary concern was ending the war. Although I believe it will shift again if the tax cuts become endangered.

i voted for him because i am a Republican, and i believe in the party's policies, and i like Bush personally anyways. Plus, John Kerry would have been an embarassment to the presidency.

1) I didn't like Kerry. 2) I am still ostracized by my republican family for voting in Bill Clinton, though I supported him because I wanted Family Medical Leave--and got it. Sure enjoyed job protection while on maternity leave!

I believed what he said about what he would do for the country. I agreed with his motives about Iraq. I didn't trust Kerry at all, and I was voting threw my view, which was the lesser of two evils. He believed in Christ And I liked the way he handled himself in the debates vs. Kerry.

He was not Kerry.

Honestly, I thought John Kerry looked like a serial killer.

I am a Republican anyway. However I choose the right person. GW was a real hardass in TX and very strict on crime and an in your face kinda guy. I do not believe he is doing the right thing in Iraq, but for all the years prior to that and 9/11 I felt he was awesome.

Not me.

John Kerry ;)

He was the lesser of two evils.

Because I was afraid of Scary Karry! And guess what, I'd do it again.

He was the better of the two viable candidates. No great shakes but the best option we had. It seems the Dems have not learned from their mistake and are going to nominate another un-electable candidate, even worse than Kerry. It seems the Republican choice will be a stronger choice than Bush whether that be Giuliani or Thompson.

I voted for GW, and if the laws allowed I would vote for a round 3. As for the "why's"...there are many but to list a few...1)He's republican 2)He's a Christian 3)Kerry is a democrat. Miss.Soupy.Zee...the Christian factor? This country was founded on those very factors...those very factors give you the right to express your opinions and feelings even tho they are different.

I voted for Kerry.

Because he is a president in the middle of a war, and it is most unwise to change 1) presidents, 2) ruling parties, 3) military leadership in the middle of a war. I support President Bush's decisions and judgment because he is a decent and honest man, I believe, and he has the best interests of the country as his top priority. He has bravely faced incredible criticism for leading the country through a conflict which, although popular at first has grown tiresome to the country, and he has acknowledged some mistakes in the war's administration and made efforts to correct them. I support him as the best president for the times we are in.

Not me, I voted against Bush twice!
