My health is average for a guy 62! Have sleep apnea, high blood pressure, bad hip, bad neck, and slight case of spinal stenosis. BUT, have a great heart..loll..have a machine for sleep apnea, pills for high blood pressure, and pain pills for the rest...over the counter stuff...but, very blessed to be still be playing golf four days a week.
