It's not appropriate to broadcast it in front of everyone. But if you are having a problem go to feedback with proof, ie: a link of abusive behavior or whatever it is.

engineer and skeeter have the most appropriate answers. I'd like to add, though: People do all the time. It really comes across very childish. There is nothing anyone can do here except write down words. Get over it.
