When your at home, and your significant other is out working what do you do to help?

I make sure the house is cleaned and laundry is done and that dinner is at least started. I tried to make things as easy for him as possible.

What do you mean HELP? are you suggesting all us people at home do nothing! I have a 2 year old and a 6 month old, i think i need the help! I'm a full time mum, that's a 24 hour job. A great job that i love, but because i am at home doesn't mean i'm the lesser party.

I can't recall ever being in that situation, but I can almost gaurantee I'd do absolutely nothing.

I do not know, as that has never happened to me. I've always experienced the opposite. As best as I can tell, he did nothing to help.
