How old were you when you had your first car wreck? I'm 16 and had my second one this morning.

I was 15. Took the car out for a "spin" when my parents were gone for the afternoon. It was NOT a fun time when they got home! In my life (55+ years) I have probably been in about 10 car accidents, two of which put me in the hospital and 2 of which did permanent damage.

I have never had a car wreck, because I don't drive. I am glad you are here to tell us about the experience. I'm sorry you got in a wreck.

you mean crash yeah? my first and hopefully last was a bit over a year ago. i was 18. not much fun at all... the occupants from the other car are still hassling me about it when i see them in public. not to mention the time they threw rocks through the wondows of my next door neighbours house thinking it was mine haha. it was my fault as much as it was their's i spose.... ah well, live and learn. and i hope you're ok.

I have never had a wreck but was hit head on while stationary last July. His car was wrecked mine was a higher heavier vehicle

Glad you're here to post the question. After two accidents you have to at least have a clue now that you have a purpose on the planet. Congratulations. The first time I ever hit something with a vehicle I was controlling was when I was about 22 or 23. I was a passenger in a car wreck when I was a little kid. I can't even remember what age. I was still in the single digits though.

I was involved in my first wreck when I was 12 (I wasnt driving) and my second wreck came when I was 19..I was rearended.

I've been driving since i was 16. I'm now 35 and haven't had 1 accident yet. touch wood. I hope i never do, because now i have 2 babies with me 99% of the time.

16. 2nd 16. Never had another since. 1st a man that was going 70 ran a light and hit me I was to inexperienced to know the guy wouldn't stop just because his light was RED. If I knew what I did today I would have known that doesn't mean the person would stop. We bearly lived through it. The car looked like it had been through one of those car crushers at the junk yard. 2nd a guy loaded (on drugs and alcohol) ran into me. He never got tested regardless of how many times I told the ambulance driver on the way there. I could of avoided this because I looked it was clear and pulled out of a parking lot. If I would of looked back once more than I could of realized the guy was running a red light and avoided a horrible 2nd crash.

I was nineteen and I had two wrecks in a row. A man backed out of his driveway into me. Another one was when I waved at a friend in another car and ran into someone. I had quite a bit of trouble, till I learned to #1 not exceed the speed limit or even go slow, it's more relaxing anyway. #2 allow extra time to get where you are going so you don't have to exceed the speed limit (or, in case you get lost) #3 when driving, pay complete attention to driving only. Hope one of my hard learned lessons can help you!

I was 41. it wasn't our fault. but at 16, if you have been in two,(and i assume you were not driving!) that is sad.

I was in A motocycle accident. i dislocated my arm.

im sorry you got in a wreak. my story is like straight out of today's headlines..i had my first accident last year-after 40 years of clean DMV record.."iam (42)" apparenty, the driver staged the accident..claiming he did not see me-though i honked my horn!.he gave me false info about his insurance and home address, no doubt a scam artist-but i was too shaken up to get a grip on my senses. he took advantage of that moment..-but later we had to buy a used car, as the old one was to cost $8.000 dollars to repair..long story short: the law eventually caught up to him. end of story.

In the 18 years that I have been driving I have never had an accident. Couple of tickets for speeding, but no accidents (knocks on wood).

I've been driving 30 years and I never had a wreck. I've been side-swiped once by a truck, only caused cosmetic damage. I've also had my car hit 3 times while it was parked.
