  • Cut right behind the gill and follow as close to the rib cage as you can. Flip the fish and do it on the other side. After that take the first fillet and grab the end with pliers and run your knife along the skin and the meat. After a few times it will become a lot easier. Good luck! I hope you get something.
  • Hold fish by the mouth and swiftly slam your hand onto top spine fin on fish. _ You now will have a good grip on the slippery fish and be able to skin it easier.
  • Put it in the washer, heavy cycle, lots of bleach to take out the fishy smell
