  • Thats true, at least for a while. Eventually, the coating will give way and you will have to use a procuct like Pam.
  • Usually. I dont cook with oil in my non stick pan unless the recipe calls for it.
  • Well that depends what you are cooking... if it already conatins fat, then you usually can. For instance: Steak, Bacon, Sausages I wouldn't try frying an egg without oil!
  • i think so. i got some cheap ass non stick pans and i refuse to use oil even if the directions call for it. it always works out. but on occasion i do use that spray on stuff. basically to make it easier to clean
  • For me it is, but for some like my daughter she needs a little oil no matter what.
