Yes, that would be hypocritical. While Rush Limbaugh is highly amusing, he's politically no more important than Bill Maher (not quite so funny anymore -- sounding more hysterical lately) or Colbert (also highly amusing). I'm not sure why everything he says has to be given so much power by those who dislike him

YES it is absurd! He said if Obama wants to add Reagan to his list of people he strives to be like then he hopes he succeeds! BUT if he wants to enact Socialist Polices then he hopes he fails! All other media ONLY played the part where he said "I hope Obama fails"! Only Fox news played the parts before and after!

There is more hypocrisy than solutions and mutual cooperation. Rush does what anyone who thrives on ratings, money and controversy will do to remain in the public limelight. As for the Democrats, they are just as responsible as any political party that took part in it or any party that stood by and watched it happen.
