There are a few contenders, Real Madrid, AC Milan , Liverpool, Ajax (not so much recently) would be my top three. I don't follow South American football much though many of their best players play in Europe so I would think the European teams are the best. Not Man U or Chelsea etc they have been domestically successful but not had the success at European level. Forest have won more champions leagues than Chelsea (2 to 0).

Boca juniors of Argentina is one of the best teams of the world!!!!! (17 international titles) not even real madrid has that many international titles!! Also great players like maradona, tevez, riquelme, caniggia, veron, batistuta, rodrigo palacios(barcelona wants him for next season) and gago(now he plays in real madrid) played in this team!!!!!
