  • lift the hood so you can see the whole headlight. look to see how it is attached...usually a couple screws are all that hold the cover on. simply remove the cover and replace the bulb, then put the cover back on.
  • might be a little late now, but i also had the same problem over the summer and i figured it out on my own after not being able to find anything on the web. you have to take the entire headlight off including the black frame that holds it on. the frame is attached with two screws in the front and one towards the back of the light next to the outer signal. two cone shaped prongs hold it in place on a bracket that juts out at you. the only way to access it though is to take the battery out of the car and fit your hand through the appropriate hole of the car frame. all three are 10mm hex head screws and the two battery terminals require an 8mm wrench. once the screws are out, slowly begin to dislodge the fixture out of the bracket by pulling to the side and away from the car versus to the center. this will remove the whole headlight and make it very easy and not practically impossible to squirm each light in and out of that car frame hole, which would be very risky and take too much precision and small hands.
