Welcome to the world of programming!!! There's a lot of getting started tutorials online, but most of them are dependent on what language you want to learn. What language you want to learn is usually dependent on what you want to use it for. Hate to answer a question with a question, but that info would really help a lot.

Must have all information about the code (easly understandable!), details, how to use, but also an working example program where this code is used. Don't take it as you as a professional was learning it, but take it as a "0 at programming" was learning this.
