Neither. I prefer to stay away from problems. If the problems come chasing me then I solve them. I make sure I don't create a problem anywhere.

Sadly a bit of both but I try to be part of the solution.

It really depends. Most of the time I like to be the problem solver. Sometimes things need a good shake-up, though... dontchathink?

Everybody is at least a problem-starter sometimes; some are problem-solvers. The kinds of people who say they "only" solve problems, usually have a sanctimonious bug up you-know-where.
