Is there a way to get a positive feedback all the time from a guest checking out of a hotel?

no cause someone will always find something wrong with something. you can give them everything they want at all times and they will still find something wrong..so do the best you can and let it go

Just get them to give a plus + or minus - as the feedback with no comments and then you can change all minus into plus with the stroke of a pen...........clever old Worzel :o)

Yes, be kind, friendly, accomodating and if anything goes wrong, fix the problem; even if it's hard to do and you're dealing with a difficult guest. Basically give them great customer service. I appreciate good customer service so much I will go out of my way to tell people, especially their managers; when I receive it.
