If your moderation points are not 100%, then does that mean the AB staff has disagreed with some of your flag choices?

Either disagreed or ignored. I think the moderation system is very strange some peoples names seem to be accepted by the moderator at once , others are just ignored

Maybe. Or maybe you flag that many, you just don't get the points for it anymore

Could also mean that someone else flagged the question first, unless they give out points to every person who flags each question.

If you have "email notifications" turned on, you should get an email from them saying if your flag was accepted or rejected and also providing a reason why. It will also give a link to the question you "flagged."

Your percentage automatically goes down at first until they've reviewed the item in question. If they agree, they award points and your percentage will go back up. Personally, I find the moderation to be way too liberal. They are pretty forgiving of nearly identical questions.
