Saying you left that company for more money, is always acceptable in the employment world. No one can ever blame you for more money or better benefits. If this is the truth, in your situation, then use it. The truth never hurts.

WHY, if they were all those things why would you wish to be positive. Just tell the interviewer that the company did not have the same aims and expectations that you would like to see in a future career plan of your own

You must have held the job that I left in January of 2006, sounds like the same place. Just tell them that you have high standards and want to find a job that is in line with your skills, qualfications and aspirations.

I suggest you say that you have learnt a few things frm the previous company and that u contributed to its and ur own growth, but u feel ur skills can be better employed for maximum benefit at the new organization you are moving to.

You could say that you felt you weren't being challenged enough or that you'd achieved your full capacity there and wanted to branch out and improve your professional practice. There may be a chance that they'll contact the company you left for a reference anyway so try to suss out what you can about their opinion of you and go from there. Don't however backstab your old company (not that you would anyway) - it won't earn you a job in the new place. USe 'I' statements if asked to criticise the place - just say 'I wasn't feeling challenged' rather than 'they didn't challenge me' - the 'you / they' statements make it seek like you're looking to lay blame. Even if they try to taunt you into sharing gossip, don't - it won't earn you the job - and if it does, do you want to work for someone that unprofessional? You could say you outgrew the company and are looking for a more dynamic environment and you feel this place is the way to go for technology etc... suck up to them, learn about them and impress them with your inside knowledge (the good stuff only though, not the lawsuits against them lol). Good luck!
