  • I do the same thing. Every morning before school, I wake up like 5 minutes, or two minutes before my alarm goes off, and its supposed to go off at 6. Maybe its a psycic thing. The mind is complicated. Maybe its on a biological clock of its own, and it knows when its 6AM and it doesn't wanna be frightened or something by the alarm itself, like it knows it coming from memory...
  • im kinda this ppl. first,i think there's something you worried(or you care about)in the deep of your heart.it means when you get asleep, you are not so relaxed. then you used to do it ...it became kinda habbit.
  • You have programed it in your lifestyle
  • Maybe its a psychological thing, since you're aware that you have set your alarm clock, or you know you hve to be up earlier. Your mind could be a little more tense than usual, waking you up early. A few years ago there was this TV programme I wanted to see at 7am, and I happened to wake up at 5am that morning, would I have woken up that early if I hadn't wanted to watch it? I doubt it!
  • Yes that is a strange phenomenon. I often wake up in my car right when the garage door starts opening. I don't remember driving the car or even pushing the button on the remote control. I guess I've been sleep driving.
  • I don't know, but I always wake up 2 minutes before my alarm goes off in the morning, and it isn't that I get up at the same time everyday either. My classes start at different times every day so I get up at a different time everyday.
  • your body's biological clock becomes used to waking up at a certain time. watch what happens when daylight saving kicks in. You still wake at the same time, but an hour difference on the clock!
