lack of discipline from the parents (DR me if you want but it's true), lack of parenting..lack of time, parents who don't care. Peer pressure. There are a bunch of causes but the main one is lack of parents doing their job and not disciplining their child

Poverty and Parenting 1. The child who doesn't have to steal to eat might actually have good parents. 2. A stated by everyone else, bad parenting will always be a major contributing factor.
