Can i use a chrger with a 5.7v output to charge a cell phone that came with a charger with a 5v output?

Even if you had a 5V charger you don't know if you could use it without checking the following: a) The plugs physically fit b) Is the polarity reversed c) Is it regulated d) Does the phone come with a screw-you microchip which requires matching screw-you chip in the charger before it will work so that you cannot buy off-brand chargers? That said many electronic devices will tolerate a range of voltages. It is not immediately clear if 5.7V is within the range of your phone but very well may be.
