Would you rather own an Hotel business or a Bed and Breakfast business.....reasons...?

Hotel...Because they have more rooms and would make more money

Bed and breakfast. It can be more 'homey", and with good customer service -and great homemade pastries *smile*-, it will attract more internal and external turism.

Bed & Breakfast you meet so many new people, It's like haveing Guest's in your home almost but they pay the bills. every body wins

Hotel.. I can't cook so my B and B would go under REAL fast :) and you can make just as much with a HOTEL cause you have more rooms, less hassle, etc

A hotel, it's more stable business and it could also remain open under the care of a manager if I needed to be away.

Bed and Breakfast. I'm working in a hotel right now as I'm writing this and it sucks. I'd only own a Bed and Breakfast if I had a wife though. I couldn't stand catering to happy couples all the time as a loner.
