In order to prevent papercuts, what might be an efficient alternative to licking envelopes?

A sponge..or they have these little things that look like a marker..but they are just filled with water..ya never have to lick an envelope that way..or if ya got a dog..they will do it for ya :)

using sticky back envelopes I use them always licking them is so yucky.

Wet sponge or cloth.

BUY ENVELOPES THAT ALREADY HAVE SELF SEALING.
