I'm biased somewhat, because I haven't ever played Pro Evolution, but I do have FIFA 07, which is awesome. So, I'd say FIFA.

Pro-Evolution. It plays better in my opinion, but the interface takes a bit of getting used to.

Fifa is alot better because it is more real. the players are made based on how they are in real life. For example if a player has a bad atitude they will on Fifa also
