My children. They're a handful, and there are times I want to tie them to a chair and force them to watch Brady Bunch marathons, but through both divorces and a couple of bad relationships between, my children have been there with lots of hugs and patience.

My husband, the night I fell in love with him and knew that he was the one I wanted to marry.

My mother. I guess that almost everyone had mother who would have walked through fire for you, but mine was absolutely the most daring and nothing could stop her from guiding me, teaching me, and evaluating each of my women. Had she been allowed she would have come on our honeymoon and given pointers. Thanks for everything Mom...

My Grandfather. I was having a teen-meltdown and came pretty damned close to hitting someone. He just kind of hugged me and lovingly told me to calm down. Everyone else in my family felt I just needed an ass whipping. His tactic worked. Too bad it was tried so damned late in life.

My family, my dogs, and my volunteer friends. I volunteer at a dog rescue... my favourite dogs absolutely adore me as I adore them. The friends I have made there are among the most genuine and loving ones ever, more so than most. We share a great common interest - there is a lot of love in a dog rescue.
-
My husband. As usual.
-
Hubby.

The people who have high value in my life. (Trav-Nasty, Big Chris, Little Chris, my former boss Chris, best friend Erin, and my mom) I know about 12 people named Chris. It can be a little taxing to remember which one I am talking about.

my boyfriend...he has supported and cared for me through a rough transition in my life even though we met shortly after I made the move away from my old life...

My Father God loved me most when I truly was in GREAT need! (I felt his love & peace especially in my 'gut'---I'm told Jewish people used to associate the 'gut' with the 'heart.' Wonder if that's true...) Something beautiful about getting a BIG HUG from God himself. Ahhh!
