  • I dont think you can do that. What might be immoral to one person may be free choice for another. Such as abortion: some people say it is immoral other says its pro-choice.
  • No. It's very important to have separation of Church and State.
  • What is immortal and what is not is different to everybody. For example: Some people in other countries view women not being fully covered as immoral and most americans view it as normal. Should it be illegal? It depends on your point of view and what you think is socially right. Now if it's something extreme like murder, yes it should be. But there are always factors like culture and belief that you have to take into consideration.
  • not necessarily...different people have different morals, so it would be almost impossible to make laws agreeable by ALL people...i think tht morals and laws should be kept separate.
  • No. Immorality is subjective - one should not be bound to the subjective feelings of others unless the act impugns on another's rights.
