  • for three months go running. Do a run sprint run session and dont stop. Also for three months eat very little pasta and bread and eat a lot of vegetables and fruit. I like yellow squash, zucchini, and tomatoes grilled and in a burrito. eat lots of apples for fiber and bananas for potassium.
  • anything below 15% body fat is unhealthy. if you really wanted to, cut out all fat, and just eat protein. excersise for around 2-4 hours a day in the gym, then you will start to gain muscle. the only thing is, when you stop, you will fatten up quite quickly!
