Not entirely, but you could try blocking yourself from it using the nanny-control things on your computer. Put AB on your list of blocked sites and then make up a password that's just a random string of letters that you'll never remember. I'd make sure you do really want to not come here though, because otherwise you'll be really pissed off at yourself....
