I am very grateful that my parents had such good taste in music -- I grew up with The Mamas and The Papas! Ah! And it still doesn't get any better than John, Cass, Michelle and Denny.

The first bands of which I became a fan were U2 and Marillion. I still get the shivers when I hear Surrender by U2 or songs like Chelsea Monday or Jigsaw by Marillion.

When I was a child the song that stands out as a favorite was "Billy don't be a hero" & "Silly love songs" & "Ben", as a teen my fave was "Dreams" by Fleetwood Mac.
